Had great and excellent breakfasts with the view. The room we were changed to was reasonably sized and included an ironing set, a safe, and heating. The location was magnificent for traveling around Katowice, right by restaurant at 7:30, the outskirts of the city and public transport.

Very good location near the centre ofthe city and near the highway A4. Clean modern room and bathroom. Good equiped: tv and even internet in the room, waterheater, so you can make your own coffee and tea. Great breakfast. Very friengdly staff.

Easy to get to by public transport or even on foot (from the train station/city centre). Fair choice and quality of breakfast. Almost perfectly clean. Mineral water, tea, coffee and kettle in the room (replenished daily, but if you want to hold on to your unfinished bottle of mineral water you have to hide it, otherwise it gets taken away). Nice toiletries (replenished daily). My friend really liked her bed and thought it was really comfortable (I thought it was too small and too low). All in all, we liked it and would definitely stay there again.
It was not possible to use the Internet because there were no cables left, which, considering the information on the website that there is Internet access in every room, is very bad and unprofessional (it was an important point for us when we booked). Restaurant staff at breakfast slow with clearing and tidying up the tables + stale rolls. The heating did not work. I thought the bed was small and low (twin room), but my friend really liked hers and thought it was really comfortable. Not a big choice of TV channels but it was a minor point.
